Apec (Management Jobs Association) is a French organisation
founded in 1966 to promote openness and efficiency in the management
jobs market.
With 46 centres spread across France and 888
employees, including over 640 recruitment and career management
professionals, Apec offers personalised advice and tailor-made solutions
for companies and managers. Today, 50,000 companies and 600,000 managers
– young graduates, managers in work or seeking jobs – use Apec’s
services in its 46 national centres or via apec.fr, one of the most
powerful, efficient websites on the market, registering over 32 million
visits a year. Apec is thus the leader of the management jobs market in
France.
Apec is also the leading organiser of management
recruitment events in France. In 2007, it organised a wide range of
large-scale events:
- 4 national fairs: 2 “Profiles Co” Fairs and 2
“European Engineer Fairs” (341 companies met 12,200 managers)

1 international fair, the International Career Fair in San Francisco,
targeting very high-level international profiles (40 exhibitors, 1,300
candidates of 110 different nationalities)
